Carrepets operates the Carré storefront at carrepets.com. These purchase terms apply to orders placed through this website. Contact us at admin@carrepets.com; our business contact details are available on the contact information page.

Orders and payment

Please check your chosen color, quantity, contact details and delivery address before placing an order. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Orders are subject to stock availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled order.

Prices and offers

The currency, product price, shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. US customers shop in USD and UK customers in GBP. CARRE10 gives subscribed customers 10% off their first order, once per customer. It has no minimum spend and excludes shipping and taxes. Eligibility is checked at checkout. Prices and offers may change for future orders; this does not change the price of an order already placed.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 days after purchase. Delivery transit time is additional. US orders use US stock and UK orders use UK stock. Standard shipping costs $4.99 in the US or £4.99 in the UK; optional US Express costs $15.00. See the shipping policy for transit estimates and details.

Returns and cancellations

Our return and refund policy offers 30-day returns for unused carriers in their original packaging, with Carrepets paying return shipping. Contact admin@carrepets.com with your order number for return instructions or to request cancellation before dispatch. This voluntary policy does not limit rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, or your statutory cancellation rights.

UK consumer rights

For online purchases, UK consumers can notify us of cancellation within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason and then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms. You may send any clear cancellation statement to admin@carrepets.com; you do not have to use a particular form.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how customer information is handled. Marketing signup is optional and separate from placing an order.
